FERGIE has been a DJ of international standing for the past two decades. A pioneer of the 'rave', a multi award winning DJ / producer, and former BBC Radio 1 presenter, FERGIE dj has performed at the most high-profile venues and festivals around the world. As MixMag stated of FERGIE’s phenomenal mixing ability, “Fergie could mix vinegar and lemons and still produce cream.” His eclectic selections are born out of a 20 year relationship with the dancefloor! FERGIE’s high-energy sets are fueled by his unique electronic style that blends a variety of dance subgenres, layered with vocals and custom production. His shows are always on point.
In 2012, FERGIE moved from the UK to Las Vegas to start his residency at the opening of the Megaclub Hakkasan, the Number 1 Club in America according to DJ MAG. Additional coveted DJ residencies quickly followed: the iconic “Wet Republic” ULTRA Pool Party, Omnia Vegas / San Diego Nightclubs and more recently Omnia Day/Night Club in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where FERGIE headlines alongside DJs such as Calvin Harris, ShowTek, Borgeous, 3Lau, GTA, Chainsmokers, and Steve Aoki. Other residencies include, Haven Atlantic City, Roscoe’s Chicago, and The Temple San Francisco / Denver. The end of 2017 saw him in Korea, Thailand, Tokyo. FERGIE is looking forward to tours in UK, India and China later in 2018.
FERGIE has always had a strong aural identity. For over 2 decades, he’s had a free flow of original productions and remixes. His debut album, 'Dynamite and Laser Beams,' picked up the coveted IDMA award for Best Album. 'WHY NOT,’ on Peak Hour Music, features Fergie’s signature thumping bass-lines pulsating through its ebbs and flows. It’s an undeniable Big Room Gem- ensuring pure madness til the very end! 'Hurts so Good' (Guruda Music) is Fergie’s collaboration with Italy's Otto Orlandi has a more melodic feel than some of his previous work. This track has gotten incredible response from crowds at Fergie's gigs around the world, as well as in Vegas at mega clubs and pool parties.
FERGIE explains, “Musically I have actually gone back in time in order to move to the future, hooking back up with some of the best producers from my Hard House and Techno days. Now that I have my own studio, I want to rediscover what the music meant to me; how it made me feel, the buzz, the excitement. I’m excited to find a sound that will reflect my individuality as a DJ and producer and to recapture that in my productions.”
