Kid Cudi returned to the spotlight alongside Pharrell and Travis Scott at last night’s ComplexCon event in Long Beach, California. It was Cudi’s first public performance since announcing a month ago that he was seeking treatment for depression and suicidal urges. He performed songs including “Pursuit of Happiness,” “Through the Late Night,” “Way Back,” “Erase Me,” “Frequency,”and “Surfin’.”

Though he didn’t make any mention of his recent feud with Drake, Cudi did have a few encouraging words for fans: “I know life gets crazy and shit, and shit comes our way, but we can get through this shit! We can make it through! I am living proof!” Watch fan-shot clips of Cudi’s performance below.
